General Description of Works
Charlesland Apartment Complex is a new development of 244no high specification apartment units distributed over 4 blocks adjoining Greystones Golf course.
Works included the complete installation and fit out of all apartments, landlords areas and car parks.
The project was completed on schedule in conjunction with John Sisk and Son main building contractors.
The electrical service installation consisted ESB Off loaders, Main Switchboard installations,
sub-main board installations, main and sub-main installations, trunking and cable tray installations.
Complete conduit and wiring installation for lighting, emergency lighting and general services.
Fire alarm installations. Intruder alarm installation, IT and Comms installations, Access Control installations,
and outside lighting installation.
